Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Develop students' scientific knowledge, inquiry, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical activities, experiments, assessments, and learning resources.
- Conduct hands-on experiments and laboratory activities while maintaining appropriate safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use differentiated and student-centred teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Integrate educational technology and real-world applications into Science lessons.
- Maintain effective classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to develop curiosity and an interest in scientific exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
- Participate in school meetings, events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programmes.
